If you are a member who is using gmail, we have had on site for the past 2 months plus notices stating to change this as they are blocking us (hotmail/outlook) work fine.

If you are unfortunate enough to have locked your account and have not changed your email then you will not be able to reset or recover your password.

Well if you had read and complied in the first instance you would not be in the situation.

There is a way out, 1. Click the unban IP link first this will allow staff to clear your banned IP. 2. Use the contact us link  CLICK HERE.

3. We require you to include the following: a) Site user name, b) registered email address c) if you can also give reason for this request. And where possible who referred you. d) A new email address to send info.

ALL requests will be verified, further information may be required, you should check your email spam folder if you do not receive a reply within 24 hrs.
